BUDDIES LEARNING & ATHLETICS
Privacy notice
When you join the interest list, Buddies stores your parent/guardian name, email, child’s age range, desired start month, and contact consent. Savanna White and Megan Smith use this information to review enrollment interest and contact you. Records are stored using Cloudflare and are accessible through the private owner area. Submitted inquiry details may also be sent to Buddies’ business email inbox using Google email services. We also use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit automated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the interest list.
Inquiries are kept while Buddies handles enrollment interest. To ask for access, correction, or removal of your inquiry, email [email protected]. Please do not submit children’s names, birth dates, health information, or private documents. This public website has no advertising or analytics trackers. The separate owner sign-in uses Cloudflare Access cookies to maintain signed-in sessions.
